Abergeldie to deliver the Hill Road Upgrade

Abergeldie is proud to announce it has been awarded the contract to deliver the Hill Road Upgrade in Lidcombe. This key infrastructure initiative, led by Transport for NSW, will enhance Hill Road between Parramatta Road and Old Hill Link, improving connectivity to the Carter Street Precinct and Sydney Olympic Park.

The works will include upgrading the Parramatta Road intersection at Hill Road and Bombay Street, widening the M4 Motorway eastbound off ramp into Hill Road and modifying the intersection to prohibit right turns into Carter Street from Hill Road.

The Hill Road and John Ian Wing Parade intersection will also be upgraded, delivering a new fourth approach through Stockyard Boulevard, new lanes in every direction, shared pathways and wider footpaths to improve active transport options.
